Located in the heart of Weston Super Mare, Route69 is a small, non-pushy club where everyone is welcome. The club, currently owned by Ivy, is close to all the local amenities yet discreet in its design and exterior. Ivy and the friendly bar staff are always on hand to assist with any queries, assistance or help if it is your first time at the club. The club has a fully licensed bar where you can have a tipple or two whilst socialising with others in the venue. There are three fully stocked, lockable play rooms where you can have some alone time and for the more adventurous person, we have a dungeon complete with a swing, St. Andrew's Cross and stocks. One of the playrooms contains a gloryhole as well as a viewing window which can be covered. Outside, we have a heated, covered smoking area which is accessible to the rear of the building. We have lockers and a changing area available for all guests. We rate ourselves highly on the cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the club.

Established in the 1980's, Xtasia is the UK's longest established swingers club and has recently been voted the number 1 Swingers Club in the UK by it's peers, and is extremely proud of the accolade. It now covers Swinging and Fetish events on a weekly basis, within two adjoining venues.
